Character Type -Mutie
This is cool, but I think you mislabeled the mastery abilities as milestones. Is the primary fantasy of this type to be some sort of deformed morlok person?
They’re basic mutants for a PostApoc. They survived the Cataclysm and, unlike those who managed to hide and remain safe, these were the ones who became mutated and learned to survive and adapt with most of their surroundings.
Their abilities are based on that idea of survival and wit.
