Has anyone already done this? Using Blood & Snow as a low magic sort of Sword & Sorcery base?

I was thinking along the lines of magic (the flashy big effect kind) would be NPC / Big Bad only. However, the gods, fickle or not, could manifest in items or, for the Nordic inclined, runes. Perhaps found among The Teachers.

Second, why can’t I find the Metal Loot table mentioned on page 25? Where am I not looking?

Haven’t done it but you can do it very easily. Your approach looks solid to me.

As for the Metal Loot table, I don’t know where it is. I may vaguely remember something like that but I’m probably mistaken. Probably an omission from the book.
