The note directs you to rendezvous with a Black Light team in the war ravaged country of Monrovia. A colonel with the invading army is reported to be leading soldiers who apparently cannot be killed.
Your mission is to investigate for unnatural incursion and to neutralize and secure any threats without exposure to the general populace.
Per protocol, you are not to disclose the nature of your departure and to use a cover story.
This Black Light operation is expected to take between 2-3 sessions. Please commit only if you can make all sessions.
