A Vigilante City supplement!

As you all know by now, I tend to make new supplements while playing in that particular genre. Well, here is just a small one I made while doing some ICRPG Vigilante City. It’s called “Umber Valley for ICRPG” and it’s on DriveThru as a “pay what you want”. It takes place in a new city just down the road from Vigilante City.
