Miniature Stands

I came across a cheap way to both organize my ICRPG minis and provide them with stands, and thought I’d share. I use 1.25" binder clips to keep them together in categories like undead, PCs, mythos, aliens, etc. The binder clips double as bases.

Hot glued a binder clip onto a plastic washer and white glued sand around it.

I stated with this, the annoying thing is getting them off again (have to reattach the metal clips.

I ended up switching over to these, from this store:

50 pieces for $5

I got the transparent ones. but just be aware that they are designed for 2mm thickness, which is OK if you put a Popsicle/ice-lolly stick in your standees.

That seller also sells loads of dice sets, so its good to mass buy and save on the shipping

Dude. You’re a lifesaver.

I ran five 6th graders through Molok today after state testing was done. Using binder clips elevated a game to full 2.5D! It was awesome and they are all begging me to start an after-school club!
