Link Patreon to profile

Finished all the YouTube goodies on ICRPG, so I finally became a patron and am enjoying the podcast. However, how do I link my runehammer profile to my Patreon? I see a lot of people that have done that.

As long as you use the same email here that you use for Patreon your account should automatically link.
