Homebrew Content on DriveThru - What Are The Rules?

What are the rules on publishing home made content on DriveThru RPG please ? I’ve never done it before but always fancied dipping my toe in the water. ICRPG has inspired what i think is a pretty unique world setting, and i’d like to write it up, convert it onto a pdf and chuckit on DriveThru for a few gold pieces and see what happens.

Do i need permission, do i need to include disclaimers, can i use ICRPG fonts / logo’s ? I honestly don’t have a clue, but i am keen :slight_smile:
