I’m not sure who to donate to. Perhaps some locals can recommend charities that can accept international donations ???
Cobargo was hit heavily and they have a gofundme currently going if people want to support directly.

If you wish to support the wildlife effort, then the Cobargo Wildlife Sanctuary was hit pretty hard.
Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park was also decimated as the fires moved across the island.
