Hey people. So I found somebody on reddit posting in dungeon world sub that they were just getting into rpgs and wanted suggestions. needless to say I passed my charisma roll and got them to check out icrpg. They’ve read quick start rules and have now ordered it. They’ve asked me if there is a discord. I was under the impression it was for immortals only but recently was re listening to a podcast and heard it was open to all now. How can I access the invite to discord?
I have told them how awesome this forum is so they will be joining the shield wall soon I hope.

Honestly, the discord channel is odd. It says immortals but my understanding is it’s open to all… @Alex might provide better insight. As to the link…I’d really rather it not be provided on Reddit. But that is just my thinking worst case scenario.

There are currently two Discord servers.
Here’s an invite to the original public (non-Immortal) server: https://discord.gg/3Wxh6C. That invite link expires 24 hours from now.
There is also the previously-private server for Immortal Patreon supporters. It was opened to all in this Patreon post: https://www.patreon.com/posts/runehammer-for-34968770. The text in that post indicates it’s open for all Patreon supports of any level. If you’re not a Patreon supporter, than that post is locked and you can’t get the invite code. A $1/month subscription will unlock that.

Where can I find an invite that is not expired? I would like to join the open discord server, if possible (I’m not a Patreon supporter)

I noticed the other day that the “non-immortal” Discord server simply disappeared from my sidebar. I don’t know who the admin was, but I’m guessing they took it down?
