B&W Map?

Looking for a Black & White map of the North Holds. The colored ones are beautiful but I want to make a few blank maps for my players to be able ti fill in as they explore?

Was this an update to the digital bundle or am I just not seeing the Black and White versions of the map?

If it was an update to the digital bundle is there some way to download the updated version?
