The listings of values and flaws is interesting. Players and GMs alike could benefit from lists like this (for PCs and NPCs, respectively).
I would only caution against using 2d12 as the mechanic for randomly selecting from those lists as that will skew the results toward the middle of the range – 10 through 16 would come up more frequently, with 13 coming up the most frequently, etc.
That might make most adventurers humorous hedonists!

Ha! I only threw in 2d12 because it aligned with the number of flaws and values I came up with. Stupid math, always biting me in the ass. That being said, humorous hedonists sounds like fun to me.
